We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If you are returning we appreciate you keeping our products in new and resalable condition.

If you paid an initial delivery fee in your order, this will not be refunded with your return.

Outlet Information:

Outlet Items can only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. However, if this product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, then this exclusion will not apply to a Product that fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees.

Exchanges:

$15 restocking fee, but we’ll cover the exchange shipping back to you. Choose between:

• Standard Exchange: Processed once the returned item has arrived at Chrome Industries HQ, your new exchange leaves after this.

Discount codes can’t be applied to exchange orders.

If your exchange item is out of stock, you’ll receive an online credit (valid for 3 years, non-refundable, and non-transferable).

Refunds:

A $20 fee is deducted from the refund amount for return shipping.

Upon arrival at Chrome Industries HQ, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days; however, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds ONLY go back to the original payment method.

Please Note: We have a right to reject an exchange or refund request if we deem the item is in an unsellable condition.
